Assistant: Hi! I'm the automatic assistant of Restaurante Sol y Mar. This is a demo restaurant from BB1 Studio, so feel free to ask me whatever a customer would 🙂 I don't have any information about electric car chargers. What I can tell you is that there's a public car park, "Parking Los Cristianos", 150 metres from the restaurant (Paseo Marítimo 12). I've passed your question to the team. In a real restaurant, the staff would contact you directly to answer it.

- Emails you what it can't resolve, and you reply to the customer.

What it doesn't do
- It doesn't make up prices: if a piece of information is missing, it says so and passes the question on to you.
- It doesn't confirm bookings: it passes them on to you to confirm.
What we need from you
- Your business name and type.
- Opening hours and location.
- Your menu with prices, as a photo or PDF.
- The questions you're asked most often (optional).
- The email address where you want to receive bookings and alerts.
How the trial works
- It starts when you activate it and lasts 14 days or 300 replies, whichever comes first.
- We don't ask for a card.
- On day 7 we send you a summary of the week, and on day 12 we remind you how to continue.
- If you don't continue, the assistant pauses itself. You won't be charged anything.
- Your customers message our shared number through your QR code or your link. We give you the QR cards ready to print.

Frequently asked questions
How long does setup take?
We'll write to you within one working day. Your assistant is ready 2 working days after we receive your menu and opening hours.
Can I change the information later?
Yes. You change your assistant's profile from the link in our emails, and the assistant uses it straight away.
Do I have to change my WhatsApp number?
No. During the trial, your customers message our shared number through your QR code or your link, and your number stays the same. If you sign up, you can carry on like that or have a number of your own for the assistant.
Who sees the conversations?
You get the alerts and a weekly summary by email. Full messages are kept for 14 days and the text of the questions for 45 days, for your summary; only BB1 Studio can see them. The details are in the privacy policy.
What if I'm not convinced?
You don't pay anything: at the end of the trial the assistant pauses itself.
