Do I need any technical skills?

No. You give us your business information and we set up the assistant.

What happens when the trial ends?

If you want to continue, just reply to our email and we activate your plan. If not, the assistant pauses itself and you won't be charged anything.

Do I have to change my WhatsApp number?

No. During the trial, your customers message our shared number through your QR code or your link, and your number stays the same. If you sign up, you can carry on like that or have a number of your own for the assistant.

What happens to my customers' data?

It's only used to look after your customers and prepare a summary of their questions for you. The deletion periods are in the privacy policy.

Can I talk to a person?

Yes: write to us from our contact page and a person will reply.
